Position: Java MS Lead Experience: 7-12 Years Location: Pune (Hybrid) Notice Period: Immediate Joiners to Serving Notice Period Only Job Description Coforge is looking for an experienced Java Microservices Lead to design, develop, and lead the delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and cloud-native application development, along with team handling and client interaction experience. Key Responsibilities • Lead a team of developers and drive end-to-end application development. • Design and develop scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. • Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services. • Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making. • Ensure code quality through reviews, best practices, and unit testing. • Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and project managers. • Mentor team members and provide technical guidance. • Troubleshoot production issues and drive performance improvements. Required Skills • Strong experience in Core Java (Java 8/11/17). • Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security. • Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture.
