Job Title Vocational Trainer - Food Processing Sector Job Description (Short) Conduct Training Sessions: Deliver domain-specific vocational education as per the NSQF curriculum to students in schools. Lesson Planning: Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessments aligned with NSQF level competencies. Student Assessment: Conduct both formative and summative assessments and maintain accurate records of student progress. Industry Exposure: Facilitate guest lectures, field visits, and hands-on sessions to connect classroom learning with real-world industry practices. Soft Skills Development: Support students in developing essential communication skills, work ethics, and other employability traits. Coordination with School Authorities: Collaborate closely with school principals and teaching staff to ensure the smooth implementation of the vocational training program. Reporting MIS: Maintain student attendance, training records, and performance data. Upload and regularly update data on the MIS portals as per project requirements, and prepare monthly and quarterly reports for the project team. Monitoring Compliance: Ensure all training activities comply with project guidelines, NSQF standards, and required documentation protocols. Capacity Building: Participate in training of trainers (ToTs) sessions and other upskilling initiatives as directed by the Sector Skill Council.
