**Role & responsibilities** 1. Managing and building relationships with customers through virtual channels (calls, email, video meetings). 2.Understanding customer needs and providing suitable banking/financial solutions. 3.Cross-selling and up-selling relevant products. 4.Handling customer queries promptly and professionally. 5.Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. 6.Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies **Preferred candidate profile** 1.Good communication and customer-handling skills. 2.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 3.Prior experience in tele-sales, customer service, or relationship management is preferred. 4.Basic understanding of financial products will be an added advantage.
