- **Role -** PPT specialist - **Designation-** Retainer - **Location-**Airoli, Navi Mumbai - **Exp required -** 0.8 Months to 1 year of experience in presentation design and reporting related roles - **Shift** - Day Shift -10 to 7 - **Notice period required -** Immediate to 10 days - **Required Skills & Qualifications** 1. 0.8 to 1 year of experience in **presentation design** and **reporting** related roles 2. Strong skills in **PowerPoint (must-have)** ability to create clean and professional slides 3. Good **working knowledge of Excel** (basic formulas, formatting, trackers) 4. Familiarity with tools like **Canva** is a plus 5. **Good communication** and coordination skills 6. Attention to detail and ability to meet timelines **Key Responsibilities** - Create and maintain PowerPoint presentations for HR reviews, meetings, and leadership updates - Prepare basic HR reports and trackers (headcount, attrition, hiring status, etc.) - Work with HRBPs/BPHRs to gather inputs and convert them into clear, structured presentations - Update and maintain Excel trackers and MIS reports - Ensure accuracy and consistency of data in reports - Support the HR team in day-to-day reporting and presentation requirements Interested candidates can share their resume at **farheen.chabru.c@eclerx.com**
