• Role - PPT specialist • Designation- Retainer • Location-Airoli, Navi Mumbai • Exp required - 0.8 Months to 1 year of experience in presentation design and reporting related roles • Shift - Day Shift -10 to 7 • Notice period required - Immediate to 10 days • Required Skills & Qualifications 1. 0.8 to 1 year of experience in presentation design and reporting related roles 2. Strong skills in PowerPoint (must-have) ability to create clean and professional slides 3. Good working knowledge of Excel (basic formulas, formatting, trackers) 4. Familiarity with tools like Canva is a plus 5. Good communication and coordination skills 6. Attention to detail and ability to meet timelines Key Responsibilities • Create and maintain PowerPoint presentations for HR reviews, meetings, and leadership updates • Prepare basic HR reports and trackers (headcount, attrition, hiring status, etc.) • Work with HRBPs/BPHRs to gather inputs and convert them into clear, structured presentations • Update and maintain Excel trackers and MIS reports • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data in reports • Support the HR team in day-to-day reporting and presentation requirements Interested candidates can share their resume at farheen.chabru.c@eclerx.com
