The role ensures technical compliance, quality execution, cost control, and timely delivery of MEP electrical systems in line with project requirements and organizational standards. Financial / Functional Perspective • Drive cost optimization through value engineering and design reviews • Monitor electrical system budgets, variations, and change orders • Ensure lifecycle cost effectiveness of electrical systems • Support contract finalization and commercial evaluations Customer Perspective • Lead coordination with project teams, consultants, and contractors • Ensure timely resolution of site-level electrical issues • Support customer handover and post-installation clarifications • Act as escalation point for electrical system-related concerns Internal Process Perspective • Lead planning and execution of LT/HT electrical systems • Review drawings, BOQs, and technical submittals • Monitor site installation, testing, and commissioning activities • Ensure compliance with statutory norms and safety standards • Track contractor performance and project progress • Drive preparation of as-built drawings and documentation • Ensure adherence to quality control procedures Learning & Growth / Developmental Perspective • Mentor and guide junior engineers and team members • Develop technical expertise in advanced electrical systems • Stay updated on electrical codes and safety regulations • Drive continuous improvement initiatives #LI-DNI
