The role ensures technical compliance, quality execution, cost control, and timely delivery of MEP electrical systems in line with project requirements and organizational standards. Financial / Functional Perspective - Drive cost optimization through value engineering and design reviews - Monitor electrical system budgets, variations, and change orders - Ensure lifecycle cost effectiveness of electrical systems - Support contract finalization and commercial evaluations Customer Perspective - Lead coordination with project teams, consultants, and contractors - Ensure timely resolution of site-level electrical issues - Support customer handover and post-installation clarifications - Act as escalation point for electrical system-related concerns Internal Process Perspective - Lead planning and execution of LT/HT electrical systems - Review drawings, BOQs, and technical submittals - Monitor site installation, testing, and commissioning activities - Ensure compliance with statutory norms and safety standards - Track contractor performance and project progress - Drive preparation of as-built drawings and documentation - Ensure adherence to quality control procedures Learning & Growth / Developmental Perspective - Mentor and guide junior engineers and team members - Develop technical expertise in advanced electrical systems - Stay updated on electrical codes and safety regulations - Drive continuous improvement initiatives #LI-DNI
