Job Title: Key Accounts Manager Construction Chemical Location: Ghaziabad Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Manager to oversee the sales and payment collection of Admixtures within the assigned territory. This role requires a strong understanding of the market, a proactive approach to client relationships, and the ability to manage and grow the admixture business in the region. Key Responsibilities: • Sales & Payment Collection: Responsible for driving sales and managing payment collection for Admixture products in the respective territory. • Concrete Trials: Monitor and engage with Concrete Officers to successfully perform prospective concrete trials with prestigious clients. • Concrete Trial Execution: Lead and execute concrete trials, working with key clients to ensure product effectiveness and satisfaction. • Collaboration & Lead Generation: Work closely with the CC and Prolinks team to generate leads, manage inquiries, and promote Admixture products. • Distributor Management: Identify, appoint, and manage distributors to build and sustain long-term relationships, ensuring future growth for Admixtures in the region. • Market Intelligence: Conduct thorough market mapping for admixture products in the territory, keeping track of competitor activities and benchmarking popular competitor products. • Business Development in B/C Class RMC Units: Build and maintain a database to generate new business for Admixtures in B/C class Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) units. • Site Approvals & Sales: Work towards site approval of admixtures for project sites, industries, and developers/builders by engaging with site consultants, ensuring timely completion of sales for suitable admixtures. • Precast Segment Business Development: Generate new business in the Precast segment, including industries like paver block, fly ash brick, and AAC block manufacturing. • Project Approvals: Establish connections with PWD, CPWD, MES, and local consultants/engineers to secure approvals for admixtures in major projects. Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field. • Proven experience in sales and business development, ideally in the construction, admixture, or chemicals industry. • Strong understanding of concrete technologies and admixture applications. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the admixture sector. • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
