**Role & responsibilities** 1. Manage Wellness related activities across all locations 2. Handle customer escalations with respect to OPD and wellness related services across all locations 3. End to End service on OPD related proposals and client management 4. Maintaining Business relationship with Brokers and Health tech partner 5. Proficient in MS Excel formulas & Calculation Logic 6. Co-ordinations with various stakeholders for backend operations
