Desired Candidate Profile • 1-5 years of experience in banca sales, bancassurance, health insurance sales, or life insurance sales. • Strong knowledge of various types of insurance policies (health, life) and ability to communicate effectively about them. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; high level of motivation required. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
