Location: Bhiwandi Degree: B.E. Mechanical CTC: 25000-35000/- Facility: Pickup and Drop Up from Thane/ Kalyan Station Mobile Bill: 500/- JD: Accountabilities: Benchmarking & Teardown • Must be hands on expertise's for Assembly & dis-assembly of HVAC Unit or home appliances. • Must be aware of process Complete Static Benchmarking for HVAC unit in terms of feature list & it Parts (Dimension, Weight & material). • Making Detail Planning for In-houses of Competitive HVAC Includes (HVAC availabilities, Space Tools required & complete the activity with first hand report). • Teardown of given unit in System, Sub-system & Part level • Preparing Detail Planning Teardown (Material availability, Space required & time completion with report) • Identifying & Segregating Parts as per assembly & Capturing the Photography at various stages. • Capturing data in teardown (Dimension, Weight, Material specification & Supplier make) • Creating Bill of material for teardown parts at Assembly, Sub-assembly & Part level & same alignment with in-house Part level BOM. • Proper storage of Parts after teardown for Further analysis. • After completion activity report making, updating & finalization • Working & Co-ordinating for VAVE ideas generation workshop (Competitive Teardown HVAC). • Hands on Proto part added skills • Hands on experiences on Scanning Assembly level, Sub-assembly & Part level • Must have planning, Organising, Service tools handling & Co-ordination.
