Position: Lead Analyst Experience: 10+ years Shift: 1PM to 10PM IST Main location: Bangalore/Chennai/Pune/Hyderabad Employment Type: Full Time Education Qualification: Any graduation or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of Relevant experience. Position Description: We are looking for an experienced FileNet & DOJO Developer to develop, enhance, and support Enterprise Content Management (ECM) applications built on IBM FileNet and DOJO Toolkit. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in IBM FileNet P8, DOJO, Java/J2EE, and enterprise web application development. The role involves designing, developing, integrating, and supporting mission critical applications while collaborating with cross functional teams in an Agile environment. Your future duties and responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain applications using IBM FileNet P8 and DOJO Toolkit. - Develop and customize FileNet components, including Content Engine (CE), Process Engine (PE), Object Stores, Classes, Property Templates, and Security. - Build and maintain responsive user interfaces using DOJO, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and AJAX. - Develop custom solutions using Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, and RESTful APIs. - Integrate FileNet with enterprise applications and third-party systems. - Develop workflows, document management solutions, and content lifecycle processes. - Perform application troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization. - Participate in application upgrades, migrations, and production support activities. - Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA, infrastructure, and support teams. - Prepare technical documentation and participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions. - Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and contribute to sprint planning a **Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role** 4–8 years of experience in enterprise application development. - Strong hands-on experience with IBM FileNet P8 (Content Engine, Process Engine, IBM Content Navigator). - Experience developing applications using DOJO Toolkit. - Strong programming skills in Java/J2EE, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and AJAX. - Experience with Spring Framework, RESTful Web Services, and JSON. - Knowledge of SQL databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2. - Experience with version control tools such as Git. - Familiarity with build and deployment tools like Maven, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps. - Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments. **Preferred Skills** - Experience with IBM Content Navigator (ICN) customization. - Knowledge of IBM Case Manager or Business Automation Workflow (BAW). - Experience with enterprise authentication mechanisms (LDAP, SSO, OAuth). - Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. - Knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular or React) is an added advantage. - Banking or Financial Services domain experience is preferred. **Together, as owners, let’s turn meaningful insights into action.** Life at CGI is rooted in ownership, teamwork, respect and belonging.
