GenAI / AI Enablement** • Apply GenAI/AI responsibly to accelerate supplier normalization, enrichment, taxonomy checks, categorization mapping and drafting of insights/summaries. • Design workflows such as human-in-the-loop review, prompt patterns, confidence thresholds, and systematic validation to reduce hallucination risk and improve reliability. • Identify new AI-led opportunities (e.g., taxonomy checker, supplier profiling automation, anomaly detection) and partner with internal tech teams where needed. **F. Team & Client Management** • Manage/mentor a team of analysts (task allocation, reviews, feedback, capability building). • Own client communication for day-to-day delivery: requirement clarifications, progress updates, issue escalation, and expectation management. • Ensure outputs are client-ready: structured narratives, accurate data, auditability, and on-time delivery. • Experience creating SOPs, QA frameworks, and governance dashboards for delivery management. • Experience in managing multi-region teams or collaborating across time zones. **Required Qualifications** • 5+ years in Spend Intelligence / Procurement Analytics / Spend Analytics / Category Intelligence. • Strong hands-on experience in: Supplier consolidation: normalization, deduplication, and parent child mapping • Supplier enrichment and validation using public sources • Spend categorization L1–L5 and taxonomy mapping/refinement • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivoting, Power Query, complex formulas, structured checks; VBA optional). • Strong working knowledge of Power BI and/or Tableau (data modelling, DAX/visual design preferred). • Experience with Alteryx (preferred) or similar ETL/automation tooling. • Demonstrated ability to use GenAI/AI tools for productivity and analytical workflows, with clear understanding of quality controls and governance. • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work with large/dirty datasets. • Stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills. **Leadership Perspective** **Mark Vollenweider, Co-Founder** Most enterprises are navigating AI with one eye open.
