Lead Credit Mid and Large corporate

**Roles and Responsibilities :** This role leads to detailed credit analysis of proposals received under Mid and Large Corporate lending business. The incumbent develops policies, processes and programs and further manages timely decision as per agreed TAT and executes the laid down credit verification processes; co-ordinates with the Business team for meeting the deliverables of the bank; provides recommendations on new processes & monitoring initiative etc. - Develop programs and processes for Mid and Large Corporates. - Manage and strategize on end-to-end credit underwriting - Robust monitoring of portfolio and reporting of the same - Guiding Business to identify lending opportunities for Mid and Large Corporate segment and achieve P&L targets - To streamline processes to achieve seamless roll out of products and enhance customer responsiveness - To support other Business verticals like FIGB in case support required. - To drive for growth in liability relationships and balances primarily through Mid and Large Corporate business lines **Job Requirements :** - Overall, 12-15 years of experience with minimum 8-10 years in handling Credit of Mid and Large Corporate clients in a bank. Experience of working in External Rating agency/handling NBFC clients will be an added advantage.
