Current Salary Expectation Notice Period Education (Full Time / Part Time) About the role Own and define the visual identity across every customer touchpoint digital campaigns, performance creative, landing pages, partnerships, and offline. You bridge brand integrity and growth velocity, ensuring what ships at scale is beautiful, on-brand, and measurably effective. Key responsibilities • Understanding of defining brand guidelines and visual system (typography, color, illustration, photography, iconography) and evangelize them across the org. • Lead creative for growth campaigns Meta, Google, YouTube, email, push, in-app banners, WhatsApp. • Design and lead video creation • Oversee agency and freelancer work for quality and brand fidelity • Develop campaign concepts from brief to launch • Build a scalable and modular creative, templatised assets • Own partnership and co-branding creative • Drive seasonal / festival campaigns with rapid turnaround Must-have skills AI-enabled design process | Adobe Creative Suite | Brand strategy | Performance creative | Art direction | Campaign design | Typography | Figma Good to have Motion/video editing | 3D illustration Green flags we are looking for Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional videos leading to more conversion | Curiosity about fintech or insurance.
