- **POSITION DESCRIPTION** **JOB TITLE:**Lead- Digital Assets Journey POD **GRADE:**VP-I **DEPARTMENT :**Digital Banking **LOCATION:**HO- Bengaluru **SUB-DEPARTMENT :**Digital Journey **TYPE OF POSITION:**Full-time **REPORTS TO :**Head- Digital Journey **REPORTING INTO:**Digital Expert-Asset Journey / Senior Digital Expert - Asset Journey **ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE\\*** 1. Lead the Digital Asset POD comprising Product, Business, Technology, Operations, and partner teams across development, SIT, testing, and rollout, while working closely with functional SPOCs from Risk, Compliance, Credit, and Service Quality to build robust, scalable, and customer-centric asset journeys. 2. Drive decision-making on the asset journey roadmap, backlog prioritization, process exceptions, and regulatory innovation initiatives in collaboration with POD members and key stakeholders to ensure timely, well-governed, compliant, and business-aligned execution. 3. Lead RBIH and ULI related initiatives with a strong focus on driving automation and digitization of services, while enabling platform resilience and continuity through partnership with multiple TSPs on the ULI platform. 4. Drive process and system design, sprint planning, product backlog prioritization. Timely delivery of the sprint along with respective SQUADS from the IT 5. Drive business outcomes by owning key numbers while acting as the collaboration anchor with IT to enable change. \\**Looking for four different specialties- MSME, HL/VL/LAP, Unsecured (PL/BL/Cards), Gold/Agri* **SIZE OF THE ROLE** **FINANCIAL SIZE** **NON-FINANCIAL SIZE** Asset Portfolio – Rs 3000 Crore to Rs 5000 Crore Capex/Opex – Rs 25 Crore to Rs 50 Crore Notional Savings – Rs 20 Crore to Rs 50 Crore Co-own financial performance with the business team, contributing to overall financial size through revenue growth and cost optimization. - Number of vendors /service providers- 20 - 25 - Number of projects/ changes- 100 to 150 - Process Note/SOP/Manuals- 10-15 - **KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE** **1.** **Business/ Financials** Drive strategic planning for digital asset journeys by defining priorities, roadmap initiatives, and execution plans aligned to business objectives, customer needs, and regulatory requirements. Support budgeting and financial planning for key digital asset initiatives, including technology investments, partner engagements, and rollout requirements, while ensuring optimal utilization of resources. Lead annual and ongoing business planning for the POD by aligning cross-functional teams on delivery milestones, capacity planning, dependencies, and governance requirements. Own core functional responsibility areas across asset journey transformation, including roadmap management, backlog prioritization, POD coordination, process governance, and RBIH and ULI-related digitization initiatives. **2.** **Customer *(Both Internal & External)*** Own the end-to-end customer experience across digital and assisted asset journeys by identifying pain points, reducing drop-offs, and driving improvements in onboarding, fulfilment, communication, and service delivery for external customers. Work closely with internal stakeholders across Business, Operations, Sales, Service, Risk, Compliance, and Technology to improve internal user journeys, strengthen process usability, and enable efficient and effective customer servicing. Drive digitization and automation of customer-facing and internal service interactions to improve responsiveness, transparency, consistency, and overall service quality across touchpoints. Champion a customer-first approach by embedding customer requirements, internal feedback, and service quality considerations into journey design, while ensuring a seamless and consistent experience across digital, assisted, and partner channels. Drive customer satisfaction and adoption while delivering cost and revenue outcomes, and strengthening overall partnership maturity. **3.** **Internal Process** Ensure adherence to defined SLAs, internal policies, regulatory requirements, and approved processes across digital asset journeys, while driving timely escalation and closure of exceptions. Own end-to-end delivery by acting as process, system, and sprint owner—ensuring timely execution, driving training enablement, and overseeing configuration with a strong focus on UI/UX. Drive process management by defining, reviewing, and strengthening SOPs, process notes, operating guidelines, and control frameworks to enable consistent and compliant execution. Coordinate with Business, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Credit, Technology, and partner teams to ensure process governance, control adherence, and smooth implementation of process changes. Drive process excellence through continuous review of turnaround time, control effectiveness, defect trends, and operational bottlenecks, and implement improvements that enhance efficiency, standardization, and service reliability. **4.** **Innovation & Learning** Continuously track market trends, regulatory developments, and emerging digital capabilities relevant to asset journeys, RBIH, and ULI to identify opportunities for innovation and service enhancement. Drive innovation by evaluating and adopting new technologies, automation opportunities, and process improvements that strengthen customer experience, operational efficiency, and regulatory readiness. Promote continuous learning within the POD by sharing best practices, encouraging cross-functional knowledge building, and strengthening team readiness for evolving business, technology, and regulatory needs. **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS** **Educational** **Qualifications** - Engineering Graduate or any graduation or Post Graduation or Preferred M.Tech/MCA **Experience Range (Years and Core Experience Type)** - 10-15 years of overall experience - 3-4 years of experience in managing asset journeys in Fintech or Banks
