Job description

**JOB DESCRIPTION** - Join our Digital Banking team and be part of the Bank’s innovation journey. - Create a strong ecosystem of fintech (TSP’s), delivering robust and reliable digital services across banking functions (EKYC/eSigh/AA/Valuation etc), supporting both operational and experience efficiencies. - Prudent evaluation while onboarding, aligned to banks security posture, existing compliance and policy guidelines and strong operating governance post going live to ensure excellence on operating KPI’s. - Drive adoption and scalability of Digital services that enable end to end journey digitization and leverage these services across platforms and journeys driving penetration and adoption. - Have alternate fintech onboarded for critical identified services to ensure derisking on availability and cost of the service delivery. - Work with RBIH and other PDI providers to leverage and scale available services and manage the relationship - Drive business outcomes by owning key numbers while acting as the collaboration anchor with IT to enable change. **DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE** - MBA / PGDM (Finance, Strategy, or IT) or equivalent - Engineering / Technology background preferred - 6–10 years in Banking / Fintech / Digital Transformation - Experience in managing fintech partnerships, APIs, and digital service integrations - Digital journey design and API-based integrations
