Lead - IDCC

Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Ensure seamless 24x7 monitoring of solar and wind assets through IDCC platforms - Drive data reliability, SCADA integration and real-time visibility across all sites - Lead development and automation of operational reports (DGR, JMR, MIS dashboards) - Improve plant performance through data analytics, alarm management and insights - Coordinate with site teams to resolve data gaps, communication failures and SCADA issues - Enable digital initiatives including asset onboarding, inverter-level & string-level monitoring and geo-tagging - Standardize data structures, KPIs and reporting formats across the portfolio - Support predictive analytics, performance benchmarking and loss analysis - Ensure cybersecurity and data governance compliance within digital systems - Collaborate with IT and digital teams for platform enhancements and new tool deployment **Preferred candidate profile** - 8-12 years of experience in renewable energy operations (solar/wind) - Hands-on experience in SCADA systems, IDCC / Remote Monitoring Platforms - Experience in digital transformation, data analytics or centralized monitoring center - Prior experience in managing multi-site renewable portfolios preferred - **Technical Skills:** - Strong knowledge of SCADA, data acquisition systems and communication protocols - Expertise in renewable plant performance analysis (solar & wind) - Proficiency in data analytics tools (Excel, Python, Power BI/Tableau preferred) will be an advantage - Understanding of plant KPIs: CUF, PR, availability, losses and forecasting - Familiarity with API integrations, cloud-based platforms, and database systems will be an advantage - Knowledge of grid operations, forecasting and scheduling (added advantage) - **Leadership Competencies:** - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to lead cross-functional coordination between digital, IT and site teams - Effective communication and stakeholder management - Proactive decision-making and ownership mindset - Continuous improvement and innovation orientation
