Let’s do it together! **About the Job** We are looking for an Endpoint Management & Automation Lead to help modernize and evolve Synamedia's endpoint management services. The role will lead the delivery of a secure, automated, and user-focused device management platform across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android. Working closely with Service Desk, Infrastructure, and Security teams, the successful candidate will drive automation, improve employee experience, and reduce operational effort through modern endpoint management practices. If you don't meet every requirement but believe you can contribute to the role, we would love to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage and enhance Microsoft Intune and associated endpoint management technologies. - Support the full lifecycle of corporate devices, including provisioning, configuration, patching, compliance, and retirement. - Design and implement automation and self-healing capabilities to proactively identify and resolve device issues. - Develop automated remediation, software deployment, compliance enforcement, and endpoint health monitoring solutions. - Partner with Information Security to maintain endpoint compliance and security controls. - Support modern device management capabilities including Autopilot, mobile device management, Conditional Access, and application protection policies. - Act as an escalation point for complex endpoint and device management issues. - Work with Service Desk teams to streamline support processes and improve the employee experience. - Drive continuous improvement and modernization of endpoint management services. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** **Required** - Experience managing endpoint platforms in an enterprise environment. - Strong Microsoft Intune administration experience. - Experience supporting Windows and macOS devices. - Understanding of endpoint security, compliance, and device lifecycle management. - Experience with automation, scripting, or process improvement initiatives. - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. **Desirable** - Microsoft Autopilot. - Entra ID and Conditional Access. - Mobile device management (iOS and Android). - PowerShell or similar automation tools. - Experience with AI-enabled operational solutions **Growth Opportunities** When welcoming new talent into the team, we are always looking for opportunities to bring in new ideas, those who ask challenging questions and have the curiosity to learn.
