Location: Bangalore Work Mode: Onsite Experience: 3+ Years Working Days: Monday – Friday Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred About the Role We are looking for a Lead Instructional Designer – Tech with strong Instructional Design expertise and a solid understanding of technical concepts to create impactful, learner-centric digital learning experiences. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop WBT/eLearning and ILT learning solutions , including storyboards, presentations, projects, scripts and other learning assets. • Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to transform complex technical concepts into effective learning experiences. • Review, edit and enhance content for technical accuracy, instructional quality and learner effectiveness. • Apply Instructional Design methodologies and adult learning principles . • Lead, mentor and support team members while ensuring content quality and timely delivery . • Contribute to improving learning content, processes and overall learner experience. Required Skills & Experience • 3+ years of experience in Instructional Design / Learning Design. • Strong proficiency in Instructional Design tools, principles and methodologies . • Mandatory: Strong knowledge of technical concepts such as Java, C++, Python, Data Science, AI/ML, Cloud or related technologies . • Strong experience in content review and quality assurance . • Experience in team handling, mentoring or leading a team . • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and attention to detail . • Candidates currently residing in Bangalore and available to join immediately will be preferred.
