Simplilearn is looking for Instructional Designers with 3+ years of experience who can combine strong Instructional Design expertise with a solid understanding of programming languages and technology concepts . What we’re looking for: • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Instructional Design • Experience designing learning content for Adult Learners / working professionals • Strong proficiency or hands-on understanding of Programming Languages — mandatory • Hands-on experience with ID tools, Instructional Design models & methodologies • Experience creating storyboards, eLearning/WBT, ILT, presentations, projects and learning content • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and learner-centric design • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong content review and quality orientation Location: Bangalore – HSR Layout Work Mode: Full-time | Onsite | Monday–Friday Notice Period: Immediate Joiners to 15 Days Shift: General Shift 📩 Interested candidates or referrals: Share your CV at shreya.dn@simplilearn.net Please apply only if you meet the above criteria, especially the programming language requirement and Bangalore location.
