Lead Production Operations Engineer

Job description

Job Responsibilities: - Strong L2/L3 production application support experience, preferably in banking, fintech, payments, digital channels, or enterprise SaaS platforms. - Strong hands-on experience in REST API troubleshooting, including request/response analysis, JSON payloads, headers, tokens, HTTP status codes, timeout, and error handling. - Experience in analyzing customer-facing transaction failures and identifying whether the issue is technical, functional, downstream, infrastructure, or configuration-related. - Hands-on experience with Dynatrace for service traces, response time degradation, failure rate, synthetic alerts, dependency analysis, and application health monitoring. - Strong working knowledge of ELK / Kibana for log analysis, correlation ID tracing, error pattern identification, and transaction-level investigation. - Basic understanding of AWS EKS, including pods, services, deployments, namespaces, ingress, container logs, and microservices flow. - Experience in ServiceNow incident management, work notes, escalation, RCA inputs, and production communication. - Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting ownership, and ability to work in a 24x7 production support model.
