Role & responsibilities • On-Site Support: Perform equipment installations, scheduled maintenance, and hardware/software repairs directly at client or project locations. [1, 2] • Troubleshooting: Diagnose complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective real-time solutions. [1, 2] • Network & IT Maintenance: Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and maintain IT infrastructure (LAN/Wi-Fi) to guarantee uptime. [1, 2, 3] • Client Communication: Act as a technical liaison, translating complex IT problems into clear solutions and training end-users. [1, 2] • Documentation & Compliance: Manage ticket lifecycles, track inventory, and ensure all field operations adhere to safety and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
