**Role Overview** Lead the strategy, execution, and adoption of digital acquisition initiatives to drive business growth, enhance customer experience, and enable operational excellence across channels. **Key Responsibilities** - Digital Acquisition Strategy & Execution - Define and drive the digital acquisition roadmap in alignment with business goals and channel priorities. - Partner with channel leaders to identify opportunities, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and ensure successful implementation. - Digital Product Launch & Platform Management - Lead end-to-end delivery of digital product launches, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and business objectives. - Establish strong vendor partnerships to incorporate external insights and continuously enhance platform capabilities. - Adoption & Change Management - Drive enterprise-wide adoption of digital initiatives across internal teams and external partners. - Leverage technology to simplify processes, improve efficiency, and deliver superior stakeholder value. - Monitor adoption metrics and proactively address gaps in usage, including digital sales enablement tools (e.g., handheld devices). - Worksite & Lead Management Strategy - Develop and implement worksite management frameworks to streamline lead generation and tracking. - Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless lead capture, integration, and flow across systems. - Project & Program Leadership - Identify and prioritize automation, cross-sell, and up-sell opportunities through data-driven insights. - Lead cross-functional teams to deliver strategic initiatives on time and within scope. - Ensure continuous alignment with vendors to incorporate best practices and evolving market trends. - Partner Integration & Ecosystem Development - Build and manage strategic relationships with channel partners, including digital aggregators. - Oversee system integrations to ensure seamless connectivity, improved process efficiency, and enhanced user experience. - Drive innovation in digital processes to improve speed, accessibility, and scalability of solutions. **Key Outcomes** - Accelerated digital acquisition and revenue growth - Increased adoption and utilization of digital tools and platforms - Improved customer and partner experience - Scalable and efficient digital ecosystems
