Job Title Fire and Safety Officer Job Description Summary Job Description Role Purpose The Fire & Life Safety Officer will be fully responsible for fire prevention, life safety systems, statutory compliance, and emergency preparedness across the mall, ensuring a safe, compliant, and audit-ready environment at all times. Key Responsibilities • Overall in-charge of Fire & Life Safety systems including Fire Alarm, Hydrant, Sprinkler, Pumps, Smoke Management, and Fire Extinguishers. • Supervise and manage Firemen across shifts ensuring 24x7 fire safety coverage. • Ensure compliance with Fire NOC, NBC, insurance, and local fire authority requirements. • Act as Incident Controller during fire or life safety emergencies and coordinate with the Fire Brigade. • Conduct mock drills, emergency preparedness activities, and fire safety training. • Monitor fire safety compliance of retail stores, food courts, cinema, and event areas. • Handle fire audits, close observations, and maintain statutory fire safety documentation.
