Updated: 08/07/2023 Location: Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra Role Definition Consults and leads projects for a wide range of technology related issues to internal and external customers, while adhering to standards and processes. Required Experience: • Substantial experience in senior technical leadership roles such as solution architect, enterprise architect, principal engineer or management consultant, with a track record of shaping direction rather than only executing it. • Demonstrated experience delivering technology within a manufacturing environment, with a working understanding of production, quality, maintenance and supply chain processes. • Deep hands-on experience with SAP ERP in a manufacturing context, and practical working knowledge of Oracle platforms. • Experience delivering digital manufacturing, industrial IoT or MES capability, and experience taking at least one AI or advanced analytics use case into production. • Evidence of influencing senior stakeholders and driving organisational change without direct reporting authority over them. • Fluent written and spoken English, and the ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams across time zones. Preferred Experience: Experience in a global matrixed organisation where the technology function reports centrally rather than to the site. Responsibilities • Consult on client requirements and propose technology solutions and business cases; guide in evaluating, selecting and utilizing new and existing tools and techniques. • Provide subject matter expertise and solutions on comprehensive technology issues for internal and external customers. • Lead the design, testing and technology implementation of technical projects, while collaborating with senior IT staff. • Ensure that the design and implementation of technologies are compliance with existing standards and processes. Degree Requirement Required Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information systems or a related discipline. Preferred Master's degree in engineering, computer science or business administration.
