Lead Vulnerability Management

Job description

We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong hands-on experience to lead and manage enterprisescale vulnerability management operations. The role requires deep technical expertise, strong risk-based prioritization skills, and the ability to act as the final escalation point for vulnerability-related issues. • Own and manage the complete vulnerability management lifecycle using CrowdStrike Falcon • Perform advanced vulnerability analysis, validation, tuning, and false-positive handling • Prioritize vulnerabilities based on CVSS, exploitability, asset criticality, and business risk • Drive remediation efforts by working closely with IT, patching, server, endpoint, cloud, and application teams • Track vulnerability remediation SLAs and ensure timely closure of critical and high-risk findings • Act as the L3 escalation and technical authority for CrowdStrike vulnerability-related issues • Support security incidents where vulnerabilities are part of the attack vector • Provide guidance during zero-day and critical vulnerability events • Integrate vulnerability data with ITSM tools (ServiceNow or similar), SIEM, and patch management platforms • Create operational documentation such as runbooks, SOPs, and remediation workflows • Mentor L1 and L2 analysts and support audits, risk reviews, and client discussions
