Training & Development opportunity with Livspace. Were building our new Home Retail business and are looking for an experienced T&D professional to build the Retail Training function from the ground up, reporting directly to the HR Head. **What You Will Own** - Design and deliver high-impact retail sales training programs across stores - Build product knowledge and customer experience capabilities - Partner with Store Managers to identify skill gaps and training needs - Drive structured onboarding and faster readiness of new hires - Strengthen selling, upselling, cross-selling and conversion skills - Track training effectiveness through dashboards/LMS and measure business impact **Key Result Areas** - Improved sales productivity and conversion across stores - Better customer experience and service scores - Faster onboarding and readiness of new joiners - Strong adoption of selling techniques and product knowledge - Consistent training standards and execution across stores **What Success Looks Like** - Frontline teams that are confident, capable and customer-focused - Better conversion rates and average ticket size - Consistent customer experience across stores - Faster time-to-productivity for new hires A strong, scalable Retail Training function built from scratch Who Thrives in This Role 7+ years of experience in Training & Development, preferably retail/frontline Strong understanding of retail sales and customer-facing teams Excellent facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills Prior team-handling experience is preferred This is initially an IC role youll be expected to work hands-on and on the ground with store teams Someone who can build the Retail Training function, processes and training ecosystem from the ground up A self-starter who enjoys creating, experimenting and seeing direct business impact Reporting to: HR Head Location: Livspace Corporate Office, RMZ World, Bellandur, Bangalore Travel: Across Livspace stores in Bangalore Joining: Immediate joiners preferred; candidates who can join within 15 days can also be considered If the opportunity to build something from scratch and shape the Retail Training function excites you, Id be happy to connect and share more details.Interested?
