Job description

We are looking to appoint a Relationship Officer (RO) for our Secured Loan Against Property (LAP) product. The role involves sourcing and managing secured micro loans for self-employed individuals and non-individual entities, ensuring the end use of fundssuch as working capital or business expansion—is clearly identified and validated during the loan appraisal process. The RO will be responsible for achieving sales targets mutually agreed upon with the Branch Manager (Sales) – ABCL, which includes driving book size, ensuring profitability, supporting business growth, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
