Logistics Executive (Night Shift)

Job description: We are hiring a Logistics Executive for handling warehouse, shipment, courier, and logistics operations for E-Commerce & Quick Commerce business activities. Handle warehouse coordination, shipment tracking, courier operations, and billing activities for E-Commerce operations. Coordinate with drivers, logistics vendors, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth dispatch and delivery processes. Manage transportation charges, documentation, and MIS reporting. Strong Excel. Role & responsibilities: • Coordinate with Amazon and Flipkart operations. • Follow up on shipment dispatch, delivery status, and courier coordination. • Coordinate with drivers regarding shipment movement and delivery schedules. • Negotiate transportation fare charges with drivers and logistics vendors. • Handle daily operations for E-Commerce & Quick Commerce platforms. • Manage warehouse billing, courier billing, and operational documentation. • Maintain product range and stock coordination in warehouse operations. • Coordinate with the Logistics Operations team for billing raise and invoice processing. • Ensure timely shipment processing and operational accuracy. • Prepare MIS reports and operational data reports using Excel. Preferred candidate profile : • Experience in E-Commerce & Logistics coordination • Knowledge of courier and warehouse operations • Candidates from Chennai preferred • Experience in E-Commerce Operations, Logistics, Warehouse Coordination, or Sales Operations preferred. • MS Excel (Mandatory) • Shift Timing : 8PM to 5AM
