Job description

**Key Responsibilities** **1. Project Planning** - Review drawings, Prepare BOQ, and understand project scope before execution - Understanding execution flow. - Must be familiar with project commercials. - Identify discrepancies in BOQ with respect to site execution and suggest solutions for the risks. **2. Vendor & Stakeholder Management** - Coordinate with: Contractors and vendors - Project team - Internal teams (procurement, finance, design) **3. Cost Control & BOQ Management** - Monitor project cost vs approved BOQ - Control variations and minimize cost overruns **4. Timeline Management** - Track project schedules and identify delays - Take corrective actions to meet deadlines - Ensure on-time store/project opening **5. Additional & New implementation requirements closure with Procurement** - Plan and track material requirements - Coordinate with procurement for timely rate closure - Avoid project delay on timely closure of tasks related BOQ **6. Reporting & Documentation** - Provide updates to management and stakeholders **Qualifications** - B.Tech / Diploma in Civil / Electrical / - Min 5 years of experience in interior execution / fit-out projects - Experience in retail / commercial / quick commerce / F&B projects preferred **Tools / Software** • AutoCAD (reading drawings) • Google Sheets / Excel (BOQ, tracking, reporting)
