Key Responsibilities 1. Project Planning • Review drawings, Prepare BOQ, and understand project scope before execution • Understanding execution flow. • Must be familiar with project commercials. • Identify discrepancies in BOQ with respect to site execution and suggest solutions for the risks. 2. Vendor & Stakeholder Management • Coordinate with: Contractors and vendors • Project team • Internal teams (procurement, finance, design) 3. Cost Control & BOQ Management • Monitor project cost vs approved BOQ • Control variations and minimize cost overruns 4. Timeline Management • Track project schedules and identify delays • Take corrective actions to meet deadlines • Ensure on-time store/project opening 5. Additional & New implementation requirements closure with Procurement • Plan and track material requirements • Coordinate with procurement for timely rate closure • Avoid project delay on timely closure of tasks related BOQ 6. Reporting & Documentation • Provide updates to management and stakeholders Qualifications • B.Tech / Diploma in Civil / Electrical / • Min 5 years of experience in interior execution / fit-out projects • Experience in retail / commercial / quick commerce / F&B projects preferred Tools / Software • AutoCAD (reading drawings) • Google Sheets / Excel (BOQ, tracking, reporting)
