Designation: - Manager - Projects Looking for a well experienced professional for Project Management for Office Fit-out & Maintenance. - Project Planning & Execution -Well versed with planning tool and software. -Hands on experience on project planning and tracking modules and software - To review drawings, planning, tracking day to day interior & furnishing works of contractors. - To advise PM on interior design factors such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings or equipment, and collar coordination. • Handling multiple projects at a time. • Should have knowledge of BOQ - Monitoring other project in-charge. • Delegating work to the Project in-charges • To monitor installation, and arrangement of carpeting, accessories, paint and glass partition, art work, furniture, and related items. • To monitor and control quality of work and inspection of material delivered at site. • Ensure timely delivery of project completion within budget. -Desired skills and expertise- - BE/B Tech in Civil Engineering/ Architect/ MBA in project management is a must
