Employee Relations & Engagement • Serve as a trusted advisor to resolve complex employee relations issues. • Develop programs to enhance employee morale and engagement. Change Management • Guide leaders through organizational changes such as mergers, restructures, or expansions. • Ensure smooth transitions and manage the human impact of change Compliance & Policy Development • Ensure adherence to labor laws and HR regulations. • Develop and update HR policies to maintain compliance and support business goals.
