Roles and Responsibility • Manage and oversee the delivery of healthcare services to ensure high-quality standards. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and objectives. • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity. • Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize service delivery. • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and improve overall service quality. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Job Requirements • Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare management services or a related field. • Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, including billing, claims processing, and patient care coordination. • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. • Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail. • Experience with CRM/IT enabled services/BPO is an added advantage.
