**Roles and Responsibility** - Manage and oversee the delivery of healthcare services to ensure high-quality standards. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and objectives. - Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity. - Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize service delivery. - Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and improve overall service quality. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. **Job Requirements** - Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare management services or a related field. - Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, including billing, claims processing, and patient care coordination. - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. - Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail. - Experience with CRM/IT enabled services/BPO is an added advantage.
