**Job Description** **1. HVAC & Water System Operations** - **Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of HVAC systems including AHUs, dehumidifiers, dust collectors, FOC units, and air curtains.** - **Maintain required environmental conditions in manufacturing and warehouse areas in compliance with regulatory standards.** - **Ensure all HVAC and Water System related documentation is completed accurately and on time.** **2. Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance** - **Plan and execute preventive maintenance activities for HVAC and Water Systems as per the preventive maintenance planner.** - **Ensure prompt execution of breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime of HVAC equipment.** - **Identify repetitive issues and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve system reliability.** **3. Qualification, Validation & Compliance** - **Coordinate and ensure execution of Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and re-qualification of HVAC systems.** - **Provide support for HVAC and Water System validation activities.** - **Prepare URS, change control documents, IQ/OQ protocols for new systems or projects.** - **Initiate incidents, deviations, and ensure closure after CAPA implementation.** **4. Documentation & SOP Management** - **Prepare new SOPs and revise existing SOPs as per system requirements and regulatory expectations.** - **Ensure compliance with quality systems and proper documentation practices.** **5. Vendor & Spare Management** - **Identify and develop new vendors for HVAC spares to optimize cost.** - **Evaluate vendors based on technical capability, service quality, and suitability.** - **Identify critical spares and maintain minimum stock levels within the allocated budget.** **6. Energy & Cost Optimization** - **Initiate and implement energy-saving and cost reduction measures related to power, fuel, and maintenance expenses.** - **Propose innovative ideas to reduce water consumption and improve system efficiency.** **7. Manpower & Resource Planning** - **Plan and ensure efficient utilization of manpower.** - **Prepare budgetary requirements for purchase of raw materials and spare parts and ensure timely availability.** **8. Safety, Environment & Compliance** - **Maintain Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) systems in compliance with ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 standards.** - **Ensure safety of personnel and facility during maintenance activities.** - **Maintain cleanliness and ensure HVAC and Water System areas are always audit-ready.** **9. Audit & Regulatory Compliance** - **Support and face internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.** - **Ensure calibration reports of HVAC and Water System instruments are reviewed and maintained.** **10. Coordination & Customer Service** - **Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational targets.** - **Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely service and reduce downtime.** - **Ensure all Work Request Modules (WRMs) are attended to promptly.** **11. Water System Management** - **Ensure timely execution of cleaning schedules for overhead and underground water tanks.** - **Maintain proper documentation and operational control of water systems.**
