Senior Officer - PLC SCADA Automation

Job description

**Job Responsibilities (JR):** - Attend and resolve electrical breakdowns of plant, utility, and process equipment promptly to minimize downtime. - Monitor equipment performance, environmental conditions, and door interlocks, taking corrective actions to ensure smooth operations. - Execute preventive maintenance as per schedule and provide engineering support for reliable equipment performance. - Identify, troubleshoot, and eliminate recurring electrical issues through effective corrective and improvement initiatives. - Ensure timely procurement of spares and consumables, maintain documentation accuracy, and support equipment commissioning/decommissioning activities. - Implement safety, 5S, ISO 14001, energy-saving, and cost-reduction initiatives while preventing electrical accidents. - Support internal and external audits, ensure audit readiness, develop team capability through technician training, and optimize manpower utilization.
