Senior Officer - PLC SCADA Automation

Job description

Job Responsibilities (JR): • Attend and resolve electrical breakdowns of plant, utility, and process equipment promptly to minimize downtime. • Monitor equipment performance, environmental conditions, and door interlocks, taking corrective actions to ensure smooth operations. • Execute preventive maintenance as per schedule and provide engineering support for reliable equipment performance. • Identify, troubleshoot, and eliminate recurring electrical issues through effective corrective and improvement initiatives. • Ensure timely procurement of spares and consumables, maintain documentation accuracy, and support equipment commissioning/decommissioning activities. • Implement safety, 5S, ISO 14001, energy-saving, and cost-reduction initiatives while preventing electrical accidents. • Support internal and external audits, ensure audit readiness, develop team capability through technician training, and optimize manpower utilization.
