Our core strength lies in our 15,000+ dedicated employees who work together to create an environment where ideas are shared, support is valued, and successes are celebrated. **Job Title:** Manager – Finance & Accounts **Location:** Calicut / Bangalore **Employment Type:** Full-time **Job Summary** To strengthen financial control within the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) function by managing Accounts Receivable (AR), validating claim rejections, driving recovery follow-ups, and ensuring measurable reduction in insurance rejections through analytics and governance. **Roles & Responsibilities** - Track insurance claim submissions and ensure timely follow-ups with RCM teams - Analyse and validate claim rejections, identifying whether they are genuine, contestable, or due to internal gaps - Perform deep-dive analysis to identify rejection trends and recurring patterns across: - Payers / TPAs - Facilities / Locations - Specialties / Doctors - Services / Procedures - Documentation / Approval gaps - System / IT issues - Coordinate with RCM, Operations, IT, and Facility teams to drive corrective actions and closure - Monitor and track AR ageing, recovery status, and outstanding claims - Develop and maintain MIS dashboards (Excel / Power BI) for: - AR ageing - Rejection tracking - Recovery performance - Rejection reduction metrics - Drive improvement initiatives to reduce insurance rejection rates and strengthen AR recovery discipline - Ensure alignment with finance controls, audit standards, and organizational policies - Support governance by establishing structured tracking and reporting mechanism **Qualifications & Experience** Preferred Qualification: - CA / CA Inter / Semi-qualified CA Alternative Qualification: - MBA (Finance) / B.Com with strong experience in healthcare AR, insurance claims, or TPA operations **Experience Requirements:** - **3 – 5 years of experience in:** - Healthcare AR / Hospital AR - Health insurance claims or TPA settlement - Claims audit / provider settlements - Healthcare revenue assurance / claims analytics **Key Skills & Competencies** **Must-Have Skills:** - Advanced Excel and data analysis - Strong understanding of claims lifecycle and rejection validation - AR tracking and follow-up discipline - Finance-control mindset with analytical orientation **Good-to-Have Skills:** - Power BI / Dashboarding tools - Excel macros / automation - Exposure to Hospital HIS / ERP systems - Knowledge of insurance workflows and TPA/payer coordination
