Job Description - -------------- **Location Name:** Pune Corporate Office - PTP **Job Purpose** RBI Reporting Requirements **Duties And Responsibilities** Regulatory Centre of Excellence (CoE) -- Project Management Office (PMO) \| RBI Regulatory Reporting **Key Responsibilities** * Partner with the RBI Regulatory Reporting team to understand and coordinate data requirements, ensuring timely and accurate support for regulatory reporting. * Provide end-to-end PMO support for RBI regulatory reporting initiatives, including project planning, milestone tracking, governance, risk management, and timely delivery of key milestones. * Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely execution of regulatory reporting deliverables and resolution of dependencies. * Serve as the primary coordination point between the Finance function and other business, operations, technology, and support teams for RBI reporting-related initiatives. * Support the Finance team during RBI inspections by coordinating information requests, tracking action items, and facilitating timely responses. * Assist in the preparation, review, and maintenance of documentation, presentations, and reports required for RBI inspections and regulatory submissions. * Monitor adherence to RBI regulatory requirements as well as internal policies, governance standards, and control frameworks. * Identify opportunities to streamline regulatory reporting processes, improve governance, and enhance operational efficiency through process improvements and automation initiatives. * Track and report project status, risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans to senior stakeholders through appropriate governance forums. * Foster effective communication and collaboration across Finance, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and other relevant functions to ensure successful execution of regulatory initiatives. **Key Decisions / Dimensions ** Allocation of work among team members Finalizing system requirements **Major Challenges** Huge data volumes \& high frequency of change in requirement Working with cross functional teams with conflicting priorities **Required Qualifications And Experience** * Qualifications * CA / Master in Finance having minimum of 3 years of experience in Banking / NBFC industry * Having strong background of accounting \& financial systems * Strong understanding of RBI regulations and requirements * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines * Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software * Work Experience * 3 - 4 years of experience in Banking / NBFC industry * Skills Keywords RBI Inspection, PMO, NBFC, Banking, Finance
