Manager - Full Stack Developer

We're looking for talented Full Stack Developers [Node.js + React.js] with 3+ years of experience who enjoy solving engineering problems and building scalable SaaS applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of JavaScript, REST APIs, databases, and modern web development practices. You'll work closely with Product and Engineering teams to create high-performance features used by businesses. Key Responsibilities • Develop scalable backend services using Node.js and Express.js • Build responsive user interfaces using React.js • Design and integrate RESTful APIs • Collaborate with Product, Design, QA and Engineering teams • Optimize performance, scalability and security • Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code • Participate in code reviews and engineering best practices Required Skills • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js and React.js • Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) • Experience with Express.js • Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design • Experience with MySQL or MongoDB • Knowledge of REST APIs and JSON • Familiarity with Git and version control • Basic understanding of authentication (JWT/OAuth) • Understanding of asynchronous programming and promises Good to have • Knowledge of TypeScript • Experience with Redux or Context API • Familiarity with AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines • Experience with Agile/Scrum development Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred) • Strong problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills • Good communication and teamwork abilities Additional Information • Competitive compensation • Opportunity to work on scalable SaaS products and modern technologies • Performance-based growth opportunities • Collaborative work environment • Opportunity to build products used by thousands of customers
