Manager I - Accounts Receivable

Job description

We're hiring for the role of Manager I – Accounts Receivable to join our Finance team! What you'll be working on: 🔹 Daily accounting and reconciliation of customer, payment gateway, bank, wallet, and other receivable balances. 🔹 Posting accounting entries accurately and within defined timelines. 🔹 Resolving reconciliation breaks and managing open Accounts Receivable items. 🔹 Preparing AR schedules, ageing reports, and supporting month-end close. 🔹 Collaborating with Business Finance, Operations, AP, Treasury, and Product teams. 🔹 Ensuring compliance with SOPs, maker-checker controls, and audit requirements. 🔹 Driving automation initiatives and continuous process improvements. 🔹 Preparing daily and monthly MIS reports for stakeholders.
