**Manager I - Rider Cluster Manager** LM Operations Department No lengthy intro here, let’s get straight to the details, Zepto speed. **Responsibilities, aka, what we’d like you to deliver :** ● Own daily rider operations across assigned clusters to ensure high fulfilment and delivery performance. ●Track and improve key rider metrics such as attendance, on-time performance, delivery efficiency, productivity, and compliance. ●Act as the first line of resolution for on-ground operational challenges and eliminate bottlenecks quickly. ● Drive rider discipline, adherence to SOPs, and safety standards across shifts. ●Lead and mentor Rider Leads and Delivery Executives, ensuring proper training, motivation, and performance management. ●Optimize routing, shift planning, and rider allocation using data-driven insights. ●Collaborate with city operations and central teams to implement engagement initiatives and process improvements. ●Ensure high customer satisfaction by maintaining strong execution standards and minimal service lapses. ●Identify performance gaps, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to improve last-mile efficiency. **Are you who we're searching for:** ●Qualification: Graduate ●Experience: 3–4 years in last-mile operations, fleet/rider management, or e-commerce delivery. ●Strong understanding of rider performance metrics and cluster-level operations ●Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with dashboards and performance tracking tools ●Strong people management and communication skills, especially with ground-level teams Sounds like we’re talking about you?
