**Manager II - Business Analyst** Customer Delight Department **Role & responsibilities** - Own end-to-end business reporting and analytics to support data-driven decision-making across Customer Delight operations. - Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards to provide actionable business insights and operational visibility. - Analyze large datasets using SQL and Python to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities. - Develop and automate reports using Superset, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting. - Leverage Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for advanced analysis, reporting, and ad-hoc business requirements. - Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable analytical solutions. - Monitor key business metrics, generate actionable insights, and recommend process improvements to drive operational excellence. - Ensure data integrity and continuously enhance reporting frameworks to improve business performance and decision-making. **Are you who we are searching for?** - Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline. A Master's degree is preferred. - Experience: 2+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or Reporting, preferably in E-commerce, Quick Commerce, or other high-growth environments. - Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, Superset, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets. - Hands-on experience in building dashboards, automating reports, and analyzing large datasets. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive actionable business insights. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams. - Experience in data visualization, reporting automation, and performance tracking. - High ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
