Job description

• Understanding business needs and knowing how to create and manage the respective business application • Conferring with users, studying system flow, data usage, and work processes following the software development lifecycle • Identifying, prioritizing and executing tasks in the software development life cycle • Performing validation of release build with IT vendor against the business requirement • Collaborating with the internal teams and vendors to fix and improve system • Attend in-person meetings with business user to analyse, troubleshoot and diagnose UAT/production observations • Actively update, maintain and monitor applications • Deploy, Install and configure business applications/patches • Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving queries • Complete detailed reports listing requests to technical assistance, steps taken to resolve • Create/manage documents pertaining to troubleshooting
