Join our **expanding Strategy Team** to lead high-impact **growth** initiatives and help redefine the future of our banking legacy! **ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE:** - Support creation and periodically modification of bank's medium to long-term strategy ensuring seamless translation of strategic objectives into actionable business plans and measurable outcomes across all business verticals. - To identify, plan, and support execute strategic initiatives that drive sustainable liabilities growth, reduce cost of funds, improve branch and overall profitability in alignment with organizational vision and regulatory requirements. - Ensure envisioned outcomes of the identified initiatives are achieved within desired timelines. - Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of strategic initiatives. - Support the annual strategic planning exercise across businesses and quarterly strategy reviews - Develop deposit mobilization strategies to support asset growth and optimize cost of funds - Oversee the conduct of in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential threats. - Analyze industry trends, best practices and competitive landscape to guide strategic thinking and decisions. **Education: MBA / CA / CFA** **Experience :** - Minimum: 5-8 years of progressive experience in banking, financial services, or strategic consulting.
