Drafting, vetting of petitions, replies, written statements, rejoinder, writ petitions miscellaneous applications, written submissions etc., Notices, Show Cause Notices etc. **Secondary:** Review of Tenders, SPA, PPA, MOOT, BGs, Indemnity, Agreements, MOUs, Corporate Guarantee, Service Agreement, Leases, Contract of Employment, Project Documentations, Purchase Orders, Sale Deeds, Leave & Licence etc. **BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES:** Ability to work in cross functional team; Soft spoken; Ready to accept challenges **AREAS OF EXPOSURE/ WORK BACKGROUND:** Have good large industries back ground of at least 10/12 years To have dealt with complex International & Domestic litigations, Arbitrations under guidance
