Manager - MS Field Services - Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities 1. Complete Ownership of the MS-Field Servicers operations . 2. Team Management / Shift Planning / Floor Management 3 Execution of assigned projects in the timelines defined. 4. Follow-up from vendors for Collection of all Billing Documents / Takeover Forms / CSR as per defined timelines and submission to Billing Team. 5. Calculation & Submission of Penalty Data for all process as per defined timelines to Billing team. 6. Monitoring & Driving Long pending calls. 7. Maintain & Publish Data metrics for process & have Data Driven Approach. 8. Periodic Review of process and ensure Services & Data quality is maintained 9. Effectively Handle Customer & Internal Operations Reviews & Meetings 10. Effective Customer Escalation Management. 11. Drive vendor for performance improvement and ensuring delivery as per SLA. 12. Work in coordination with vendor management for any challenges / vendor performance issue / Service Quality Improvement. 13. Have Proactive approach towards Service Quality Improvement. Knowledge and Skill Requirements • The candidate will have a Technical Diploma / 3 yr. Degree or the equivalent. • Minimum 5 year work experience in ATM Industry including Team Management • The candidate will have an aptitude for Problem Solving and good communication skills (written & spoken). • Experience in handling third party vendors is mandatory Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job.
