With more than 1.5 billion shipments delivered, Shadowfax focuses on scale, reliability, and innovation to shape customer experience and drive the future of commerce movement in India. **Role Description** The Manager of Operations will oversee day-to-day operations at the Una location, ensuring service quality, process efficiency, and adherence to operational standards. This full-time, on-site role includes managing local teams, coordinating with hub and central operations, and monitoring key performance metrics such as on-time delivery, productivity, and cost efficiency. The individual will be responsible for implementing and improving standard operating procedures, resolving operational issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, supporting capacity planning, optimizing resource utilization, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Manager of Operations will be expected to maintain strong relationships with partners and clients, provide clear reporting, and contribute to strategic decisions that enhance operational performance in Una. **Qualifications** - Strong operations management skills, including process optimization, resource planning, and performance tracking. - Experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations, preferably in a high-volume or fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, using tools such as spreadsheets, dashboards, and basic analytics platforms. - Solid people management capabilities, including team leadership, coaching, conflict resolution, and shift management. - Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to work with internal teams, partners, and clients. - Ability to use operations and logistics software; comfort with technology-driven workflows and automation tools. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer experience. - Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced education is an advantage. - Prior experience in on-ground operations leadership or supervisory roles; experience in Indian e-commerce logistics is a plus. - Willingness to work from Una on-site, with flexibility to manage operations across different shifts and changing business needs.
