**Job Summary: Manager - Operations** Experienced Inventory Manager with expertise in warehouse operations, inventory control, and supply chain management. Responsible for ensuring stock accuracy, minimizing shrinkage, and optimizing inventory processes in a high-volume grocery warehouse environment. Strong hands-on experience with WMS, ERP systems, and perishable inventory management (FIFO/FEFO). Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end inventory control including inbound, put-away, storage, picking, and dispatch. Ensure inventory accuracy ( 99%) through cycle counting and periodic audits. Monitor stock levels, demand trends, and replenishment planning to prevent stock-outs/overstock. Drive FIFO/FEFO compliance for perishable goods. Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, shrinkage, and damages. Oversee GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and inbound quality checks. Manage return-to-vendor (RTV) and reverse logistics processes. Generate and analyze reports: stock aging, inventory turnover, fill rate, SKU movement. Collaborate with procurement, operations, and supply chain teams. Lead and manage inventory team (supervisors, executives, auditors). Implement process improvements and warehouse best practices. Ensure compliance with food safety standards, hygiene, and warehouse safety protocols.
