Job description

Job Purpose To build and operate the FasTag NCMC issuance product for Bajaj Pay Part of Bajaj Finance Ltd Duties and Responsibilities • Product development: Develop the complete grounds up solution for FasTag NCMC issuance to customers of Bajaj Finserv mobile app and web platform. • Regular SCRUM standups with internal cross functional teams like IT, Operations, Customer Service, Compliance, Legal, etc. • To identify partners / Aggregator specific requirements and work for a solutio0n for them with Paytech team • Regular engagement with all dependent and onboarded external vendors. • Develop and operate a monthly / quarterly cycle with IT delivery teams for the product • Good understanding and benchmarking of existing and foreseeable trends to improve the product • Keeping oneself abreast with latest regulatory changes across different issuance and acquiring products and ensuring compliance by engaging with different cross functional units. Key Decisions / Dimensions • Project design related decisions • Timeline related • Alternative solution and partners • Adapting industry best practices Major Challenges • Co-ordination between multiple teams and external vendors to enable task delivery Required Qualifications and Experience a)Qualifications MBA from a reputed institute with a minimum 3-4 years of experience b)Work Experience • Minimum 2 years of running projects and products On FasTag or Prepaid products or NCMC products. • Strong bias for action driving results in a high-performance environment. • Should have excellent communication skills and strong analytical skills. • Exceptionally high motivation levels and needs to be a self-starter. • Experience in business through digital channels preferred.
