Roles and Responsibility • Manage and control all channels of business to achieve targets. • Recruit, retain, manage, and build a productive team of Off Roll employees. • Maintain delinquency on the portfolio in line with the Product Segment. • Handle customer escalations and complaints professionally. • Monitor and measure key conversion, productivity, and data penetration metrics. • Engage effectively with Credit, Operations, and Risk teams to achieve business objectives. Job Requirements • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and management. • Strong knowledge of Lead fulfillment, Field Activity, and existing Data Base. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. • Excellent communication and interpersonal s. • Strong analytical and problem-solving s. • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve business goals. • Educational qualification: Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
