Manager - PPIC (API)

Job description

Role & responsibilities : • Prepare and execute production planning based on sales forecasts and business requirements. • Monitor and control inventory levels of raw materials, intermediates, packing materials, and finished goods. • Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, QA, QC, and Supply Chain teams for smooth execution of production plans. • Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials to avoid production delays. • Manage capacity planning, batch scheduling, and dispatch planning to meet customer commitments. • Track daily/weekly/monthly production plans and prepare MIS reports. • Optimize inventory levels to minimize excess stock and prevent shortages. • Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements. • Handle planning in ERP/SAP systems and maintain accurate records. • Drive continuous improvement in planning efficiency and inventory management
