Job Purpose To Manage Project QA & QC Process, Inspection and Testing of Construction works. Ensure final products are in line with Employer’s Requirement and Comply to Contract Terms and codal standards and specifications. Implementation ISO Management System, Audits & Compliance. **ORGANISATION CHART** Accountabilities **KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES** Key Performance Indicators • Implement the QA/QC management system at site • Coordinate with quality inspections with all the site sub-contractors and vendors coordinate all nondestructive testing on site. • Verify that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards • % adherence to the Quality Standards. • Ensures the quality records, acceptance certificates, mechanical completion certificates and the documentation for specific systems and buildings/areas are prepared and collated in accordance with project requirements. • Training Records and awareness campaigns photographs • Carry out regular site inspections in association with project manager and site team. • Attending site committee meetings and site co-ordination meetings. • Inspection reports and Site quality Observations • Site review meeting minutes and follow ups • Complying legal requirements and other statutory requirements. • Conducting Internal audits for Integrated Management systems. • Quality formats / Audit observations and findings • Non – conformance Reports KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - Additional Details **EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS** Government/Regulatory agencies, External Auditors, Clients and vendors **INTERNAL INTERACTIONS** Cross functional team members and user departments. **FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS** Should have worked in projects of size 150 to 300 Cr. Other Dimensions Handle a team of 2-4 employees. Education Qualifications • MBA / Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Management / Hospitality Relevant Experience • 12 to 14 years of work experience in Construction QA/QC in the field of Buildings especially mega malls/ It parks/ Commercial buildings/ • Airport experience will be an added advantage. • Well versed with IS, BS, ASTM codes for Quality control & testing procedures • Experience in implementation Quality Management Systems (ISO) **COMPETENCIES** • Personal Effectiveness • Social Awareness • Entrepreneurship • Problem Solving & Analytical Thinking • Planning & Decision Making • Capability Building • Strategic Orientation • Stakeholder Focus • Networking • Execution & Results • Teamwork & Interpersonal influence
